Yes. Small clinics can start for free with QR registration, doctor management, appointments and queue management. Higher plans add analytics, multi-doctor management and priority support.
Yes. During registration the doctor can either keep admin control (a combined doctor + admin dashboard) or assign a separate clinic admin, such as a receptionist, by adding their name and email. That admin gets their own dashboard.
No. Everything runs in the browser and is mobile-first. Patients scan the QR and register directly on the web. A dedicated mobile app is planned for the future.
Patients verify with an email OTP during registration and sign-in. Mobile-based OTP is planned for a future release.
